Truss’s hiring process mostly consists of a three-step journey: an initial screening call with our recruiters, a tech interview with live coding with the client’s team, and a final cultural fit interview with the client. This ensures we match the right talent with the right team. Sometimes, additional interviews are scheduled with other team members of a client.
